To change your college after the third round of KCET counselling , you generally cannot make new choices or apply for a different seat through the official KCET counselling process once the main rounds are completed. Your options for changing are limited to cancelling your already allotted seat by contacting the official KEA authority and initiating the cancellation but you can try with this option to directly contact them, may you have to pay the fine if applicable

As per Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), the third round is the final round of seat allotment and it is NOT possible to change your college once you have been allotted seat in it. You can upgrade or reject the college allotted in either 1st or 2nd round but in 3rd it is not possible.

Unlike earlier rounds, there is no float option to get a better college after the third round in KCET COUNSELLING .

If you wish to change your college after the final KCET round your only option is to directly approach another college to see if any seats are available under a management quota.
