At IPU.ac.in you will find the merit list of the students who have given CLAT and accordingly you will find your registration number in the merit list. The link is at the bottom of the website and you will have to scroll down a little bit in order to find the link.

But it doesn't have state rank or Ipu merit no.
It is showing clat rank only
