There is not any other option of entering into the BITS without clearing the BITSAT examination. But yaah one option is there if you are a regional wise topper and or a board topper then definitely you have the chance to enter into the BITS premises. Otherwise you need to clear the BITSAT cuttoff for the respective branch.
