There is no scope for BAMS doctors in abroad. They can't even continue their practice. To all BAMS doctors Canada government gives permission for jobs , clinical pratice only as emergency doctors .

For practising there in the countries like canada , USA you will need License . You eill get license by clearing medical license exam .

After qualifying this exam you will be allowed to practice there.

Then you can go for MS Course in USA or Canada

You can do MS in physician assistant courses.

You can also get work in Clinical research industry  , insurance clinical coding is also a good job opportunity.
