Admission to NSIT is done through marks obtained in Jee Main. And Jee Main is the only way to get into NSIT. Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology is one of the best Engineering colleges of India so the cutoffs of NSIT is quite higher than any other college. Now Computer Science and Engineering is one of the most demanded branches across the fields of Engineering so the cutoffs are also higher for CSE. The cutoffs also depend on various factors such as your category, if you are applying through Home state or All India Quota. You haven't mentioned your category, so considering you as a general category candidate, you need to secure a rank within 4000 rank which means at least 99.6 percentile, if this is your home state quota and for all India Quota, you must secure a rank within 1600. B.Tech admission to NSIT is conducted through JAC.
