First apply for the PhD programme through the IIIT Kottayam portal. Applicants will have to appear in the entrance exam by IIIT Kottayam and students who secure the closing cut-off for IIIT Kottayam will be called for interviews. The students passing the interview will appear on the merit list. If selected, get the documents verified and pay the fee to get enrolled in the PhD programme.
