Hello,

These product based companies have coding as part of their selection process and also you can be alloted in engineering projects related to your field. So having a strong foundation in your graduation academics is a must.Obtaining certification in C++,Java will be helpful.Apart from your academics your participation in extracurricular, your practical knowledge like your projects, workshops, work experience as intern will give you an edge. Finally research well about the job position and the company you want to be a part of.

Best of luck!
