thank you for approaching us . if you are not satisfied with the college alloted to you in the first counselling  you can still join in that college and then wait for the notice of the second counselling and apply for the 2nd round when the notice  is released .  if you get a better collge in 2nd counselling and want to join there your admission and the aount you paid at the first college wil simply get transfered .
