I'll suggest you to go there by using Ola or Uber as it's quite difficult to get a bus from there on time. You can also take Auto -rickshaw to reach Kamla Nehru college.
Ola or Uber will hardly take Rs. 1000 for getting you from NIT Delhi to Kamla Nehru College.
