College has a temporary campus right now. The main campus is under construction. Its gonna be filled with state of the art technology. The college has only 3 branches and few students which increases our interaction with each other. The college has students from all over India and NRIs too. The faculty is young which lets us interact with them easily.

Well, if you are looking for a college with a good infrastructure, good crowd, better college life, then this is not the one. The worst part is that we still (after 7 years of college) don't have a permanent campus. Moreover the campus (temporary) in which we are currently studying is located in the very corner of Delhi (in Narela) where there is no proper transportation. But if you are looking for a college with proper education, then yes this is the one. Here most of the faculties are good with proper communication and are always ready to help. Some of them are extraordinary but few of seems to know nothing. But in the future, when we will get our permanent campus (most probably in 3 years) then it will one of best college in Delhi after IITD and will be better than most of IIT's also

The college is new as compared to the other NIT`S and a lot of part of the building is still under development. There are very few seats available in each stream which makes it a very hard competition to be a part of this college. the crowd is very nice though and I got to learn and enhance my personality. The premises is good but the major drawback at the moment for the boys is that the hostel for boys is in delhi whereas the college is somewhere far away so the travelling is bit annoying. The professors are very nice and friendly.

Review on NIT Delhi. I am a student studying in this college

NIT Delhi is a new college but it has already spreaded its legs in various areas like sports and cultural activities along with maintaining pace of good level technical academics. Since it's an NIT, it's sure to find talented students here and because it's centrally located, students with different skills come here from different parts of the country as well as other countries. President of India was the guest in the first convocation of this college. It conducts various fests like technical, cultural and literary every year.

Bitter Sweet, but rather neat

Well well... the title must not come as a surprise. Hailing from the NITs, one would wonder why a bitter-sweet experience. The problem is it one of the newer NITs, that mean no good campus. A small temporary campus hinders with a lot of college activities. Be it the fests, placements or places to hang out. Also, the hostels are not on campus. Moreover, the college is on the outskirts of New Delhi, making conveyance a problem. Having said all the negative stuff, I feel it still better than students here would think. Its a NIT in the national capital. The crowd is good and improving. The college providees best of facilities when it comes to academics. And what not! The chief guest for our last convocation was the honourable president of India! The placement records have risen consistently each year. Student contribution in innovation and research is increasing. In near future NITD is going to be the best of grad schools in India.

It's not good. I don't know how to explain but neither the crowd nor the infrastructure is good. Sports is for a name. The teachers are narrow-minded and hold grudges against the students. It is because of sheer bad luck that I got this college. I regret my decision.

The faculty is young and energetic but inexperienced. The college doesn't have a permanent campus yet. The rules are strict for attendance. It is the best NIT among all the new ones. Placement is average with 16 lakhs highest as of last year. Overall the institute is average. But the cutoffs for this institution is really high.

It is a great college having all IIT PhD professors and the teaching is great.Understanding of concepts is easy and all concepts are taught with patience. Along with studies extra-curricular activities happen all the time. Coding club, Cultural club, Social club etc are some of the club's related to college. The sports activities are always taking place and the campus has all the facilities related to all the sport.

When I got NIT Delhi in JEE mains counselling, initially I was very upset but when I started going for classes, I came to know that I was wrong agility NIT Delhi. It is one of the fastest growing NIT in all over India. The best thing about it is their faculty, they are well educated and experienced teachers and mostly they have done their Ph. Ds from IITs. The college is trying to provide all the necessary equipment and infrastructure to students. There is sufficient area for a playground. Their placements are good as we compare to new engineering colleges in India. Their first batch has the highest package of 15 lakhs per annum.so overall status of NIT Delhi is very good. We have four different types of the fest in our colleges such as literature fest, sports fest, cultural fest and tech fest. And they have been organising successfully every year. Hostels are also very good with the cheap fee per semester (approx 10000 ). Mess food is good enough for students but in every college students didn't like mess food, so here also they didn't like that but overall it is good.

The National Institute of technology Delhi is an autonomous institute of India. From location's point of view, it's good to be here. It has good placement record. Teaching system needs to improve. Overall a good college and may hope it become one of the top institute of India.

My college is an autonomous institute governed by MHRD. Infrastructure is very good but the faculty is not qualified enough. Festivals are ok. Sports, cultural, and technical fests are organised through a year annually since 2013. The quality of labs is average.

NIT Delhi is a one of the institutes established by Indian Government in 2010. It is currently located in Narela, Delhi. The location is its plus point which tends to more company visits here for placements like-Amazon, IBM etc. Hostel facility is good, and teaching system has too little bit improve.Overall it's best to compare to other new established NIT's as per my opinion.

NITD is a good college when it comes to studies and knowledge but you won't be able experience the actual campus life since it lacks a lot of things when compared to another colleges specially the infrastructure. Anyone studying here would get a chance to know and interact with the students from different parts of the India as NITD works on the 50% all india quota. Some of the faculties are really experienced but some are very inexperienced at the same time. Many clubs like sports club, cultural club, literature club and tech club are the most active clubs of the college. Annually many events under different clubs takes place in which the students participate with full enthusiasm.

"Mine is a Technical Institute under MHRD Government of INDIA, which doesn't have its own campus yet doesn't show much interest in placement, except a few faculties the rest seem like holding fake degrees. Library and computer centre in the college are good with no. of books and no. of pic's respectively. they remain open for 12 hrs a working day. Which is the best facility available here. Labs lack in chemicals, equipment, and are not modern. class rooms are not smart enough to project videos on screen and there's been a consistent problem of the white board not being visible from many angles inside the room.
