You need to apply online on the official website of DU once the forms are out. The basic eligibility criteria to fill the application forms are -

You need to have a total of atleast 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology. You also need to make sure that you have atleast 50% marks in English.
