The placement process was conducted in two stages. The first was the laterals process where firms interviewed students with prior work experience and offered them mid level managerial positions. The second stage was the final placement process where firms were grouped into cohorts based on the profile offered, and group of cohorts were invited to campus across different clusters. 131 firms participated with 170 different roles in the placement process in 2021.

The maximum highest domestic salary was 60 LPA and a median salary of 28 LPA was offered. Many international offers were also there with a highest salary of 1.32 crore per annum.
