Dear Afzal, you can apply for Government Medical Colleges of Karnataka and any other State which is not your home state through All India Counselling. The only exception being Jammu and Kashmir as J&K doesnt participate in All India Counselling. Neverthless, to attend NEET Counselling, you have to login and register at www.mcc.nic.in. This is for 15% All India Counselling. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And their website details will be officially announced by the respective State Authorities. The AIQ counselling is completely online. Once you register, you need to select the Medical Colleges you wish to apply for. For All India Counselling, choice filling will start by June 19th and the results will be announced by June 27th. Counselling for AIQ seats will be done in 3 rounds i.e. 1st round, 2nd rund and mop up round. For round 1, you need to register latest by June 24th, 5pm. Once choice filling is locked, you will be assigned a college in accordance with your rank. If you do not get a seat in Round 1, you will be automatically considered for Round 2.
