AS of now, there is no telling whether you will get IITs in 2023 or not. The officials have waived off minimum 75% criteria this year too but there is no telling whether it will be waived off next year as well. So unless the officials declare any such information it is not possible to tell whether you are eligible for IITs or not. The COVID-19 and online classes were the reasons for waiving off the 75% criteria but as this year classes were conducted normally the chances of waiving off 75% criteria is less.
