Yes, a candidate securing a rank below 10,000 is eligible to get full fee reimbursement irrespective of his/her caste provided that you should carry required documents for full fee reimbursement.The required documents are

1. TS EAMCET allotment order
2. EAMCET hall ticket
3. 10th certificate
4. 12th certificate
5. Study certificate of 7 consecutive years
6. Adhaar card
7. Caste certificate
8. Income certificate
9. Passbook front page
