Hello Kashish!

You are eligible to take B.Com pass in Delhi University as it has not set the eligibility as having and passing maths from class 12th board. Although for B.Com(Honours), maths is a prerequisite. Also, there won't be any percentage deduction on the change of stream. So there won't be marks deduction for you to get into commerce stream. However, make sure to calculate your best of four percentage properly in accordance with the list provided of various subjects and adhering to the guidelines. So, when the admission process starts you will just have to match your percentage with the cut off and apply.

All the best!
