Hello Sidhi, you can get admission to multiple colleges in DU with 84% marks and given that you are a Kashmiri migrant. Many colleges in DU offer BCom (Prog):

In North Campus colleges like Ramjas College, Kirori Mal College, offer BCom (Prog)

In South Campus colleges like Venkateshwara College, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Jesus and Mary College, Gargi College, Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, PGDAV College, and many more.
