Okay, so you are trying to pay for the AP PGECET exam through Paytm using HDFC netbanking, but you are not getting the OTP right? here is what might be going wrong and what you can do:

1. Network delay

sometimes OTPs just take time to come because of network issues kindly wait for a couple of minutes and try again.

2. SMS blocking

check if your phone has blocked bank messages or if your SMS inbox is full if it is clear some space and unblock any blocked numbers.

3. Wrong mobile number

make sure the mobile number linked to your HDFC account is correct if you have changed your number recently it might not be updated in the bank.

4. HDFC server issue

sometimes the bank’s systems are down or slow just try after 10–15 minutes or later in the day.

5. Try another way

if it still does not work try paying through UPI, debit card, or a different bank account that usually works faster.
