PayTm
HELLO,
Okay, so you are trying to pay for the AP PGECET exam through Paytm using HDFC netbanking, but you are not getting the OTP right? here is what might be going wrong and what you can do:
1. Network delay
sometimes OTPs just take time to come because of network issues kindly wait for a couple of minutes and try again.
2. SMS blocking
check if your phone has blocked bank messages or if your SMS inbox is full if it is clear some space and unblock any blocked numbers.
3. Wrong mobile number
make sure the mobile number linked to your HDFC account is correct if you have changed your number recently it might not be updated in the bank.
4. HDFC server issue
sometimes the bank’s systems are down or slow just try after 10–15 minutes or later in the day.
5. Try another way
if it still does not work try paying through UPI, debit card, or a different bank account that usually works faster.
It sounds like there might be an issue with your account or payment processing. Here’s what you can do:
Check Payment Confirmation : Verify that you have received a confirmation email or receipt for the payment.
Log Out and Log In : Sometimes, logging out and then logging back in can refresh your account status.
Clear Cache : Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then reload the page.
Check for Updates : Ensure there are no pending updates for the application or service you are using.
Contact Support : Reach out to customer support for the service or application. Provide them with your payment details and any confirmation you have received.
