Dear Kavitha, in 2018 under State Quota 457 marks secured a seat in Madras Medical College under MBC Category. That was 2018 data. This year the cut offs have gone way too higher. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But with 538 you might still have a chance in Round 2.
