Hello,

Mithibai College doesn't allow transfer of admission for B.Com candidates in second year. The only option you have is to drop out from the college, take TC and then get admission in any fresh college and the consequences for that would he wastage of 1 year. Also there are very less college that accept migration admission. So, i would suggest you to have patience and manage whatever time available and put in your preparation for CA or else drop and take admission in any other college if you are willing to waste one year.

I hope this helps.
