You should go for UPsC Civil services exam to vecome an IAS/IFS/IRS anyof government related high cadre positions.

Studnets mhst be graduate or postgraduates to appesr for UPsC exams after which when they clear cutoffs they cn be caled for Interviews and final selection takes place for above mentioned posts.
