Different organisations have different criteria for selection of job candidates. While some make it absolutely necessary to have a degree through regular classroom course, there are also others who consider courses done in correspondence.
Ultimately, the selection for a job depends on you academic performance and your performance in interview. If you maintain  a good academic record and are able to convince the interviewers of your skills, then your chances of getting selected gets higher. Also, as you keep gaining experience, it will add more to your CV.
