Yes, you can. Certain Seats are allotted in Anna Univ for Other States. Seats are divided as per the caste Reservation.

Like if you consider the University department of Anna Univ., Chennai then 15 seats are allotted for General and 6 to 7 Seats are allotted for SC/ST.

In MIT, 10 for General and 2 for SC/ST.
