According to your percentile your approximate rank would be near about 47,000. On the basis of this rank it is quite difficult to get a seat in top branches of IIEST Shibpur even with your reservation category but you can try for branches like mining and metallurgy or material engineering if you are interested in these branches, because there cut-off goes quite higher around 40,000.

But note that above prediction is based on previous years' cut-off and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors. I would suggest you to prepare yourself for second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th.
