you hold low chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.

For example,
in neet  2019, 581 marks for obc category was the lowest marks to get a seat in  government medical college    under Rajasthan state quota and it was for Government Medical College, Dungarpur

Chances for Government Medical College in other states with your marks is also lower as cutoff marks of other states under all India quota is even higher

With your marks you have very good chances for govt quota  seats   in private medical and deemed universities
