Last year the cut-offs for Bihar Govt. Medical and Dental colleges were well above 500, under the 85% state quota for UR candidates. They varied between 525 to 552. If same trend continues, then you won't have achance to get admission into any government  college. However cut-offs vary every year so wait until this year's cutoffs are released.
