It completely depends on the rank and rank doesn't depend on your mark only. So if your rank is below 1K then you can get an admission at IET for sure. Admission for a general category student in CSE branch needs a rank near to 100-500.

if your rank is below 5K then you can go for core branch or non technical branches also if you are interested.

there are many other colleges where you can take an admission.
