your marks are good seeing difficulty level of the exam. Now coming to your query their are less chances that you get any NLU because every year cut-offs changes so based on previous years marks range it is neccessary to get above 110 marks atleast to get any NLU FOR GENERAL CATEGORY. With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 6400-7700. If you fall in general category then you'll not get an NLU even with a state domicile. Moreover chances of getting good  colleges under IPU are also very less. But you can definitely look out for some other good private colleges since you've a pretty decent score.
