Hey Uttam! National Institute of Technology Srinagar is way better than Rajasthan technical University you must go for civil in NIT Srinagar it provides good placements and has good faculty. National Institute of Technology, Srinagar is a public engineering and research institution, located in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technology and as such is directly under the control of the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Hope this may help you.
