You don't have good chance to get the Delhi University with this much percentage, if you have scored more than 94% then you might get a seat in any campus of Delhi university but with the percentage of 73 you will not get Bsc CS. Yes you can apply the application form but the chances are very less that you will get any college.

It will be more better if you give the entrance exam of some other universities like BHU, IMI, AU etc. here if you score good marks then you can easily get your preferred branch i.e. Bsc CS.
