As it is difficult to tell you the exact possibilities of admission in NIT or IIIT. There is less chances for IIIT colleges but you can try for State councelling like in punjab, Haryana etc. Even you can get admission in best private colleges of India.

As per last years cutoff, i cannot see chances of getting a seat in IIITs. And for NITs, GFTIs too with this rank there are no chances.
