Hey Shresha C Korgaonkar,

To get yours doubts cleared, I would post the category cutoffs of National Institute of Technology, Goa now. The cutoffs are Home state cutoffs and don't seem going in favour with category ranks.

HS	Civil Engineering	13189	13189
