See the minimum age limit for admission in UG courses:

Not be more than 21 years or less than 18 years.

Since according to me,now your age will be 19,so therefore they are saying that your age criteria is not satified.

So now what to do?

You can again make a call to the counselling committee and request them to do something about the same.

I think you have entered your date of birth wrongly.

You are eligible as you are only 17 years 

Lower age limit for UG and PG programs is 17 years and 21 years respectively. The Age limit for Post Graduate programs with entry qualification as graduation is 35 year
