Hey Shubham!

Congratulations! You do have a very good chance of getting NLU Shimla since you have both SC reservation as well as Himachal Pradesh domicile. I guess that with 110.75 marks and SC reservation, you might get some better ranked NLUs as well. Anyways, the results are scheduled to be out today and there is a high possibility that you wil make it to NLU Shimla. If you get a higher ranked NLU, that is even better.

But i have something wrong with my preference list during registration. If i am getting any higher rank nlu can i change it to shimla during counselling.

No Shubham. Once you get an NLU, you cannot go for the ones which are ranked below it in your preference list. You might upgrade to an NLU which is ranked higher in your preference list but certainly not the one ranked lower. Suppose you get NLU Assam and let us say you have ranked it 10th. Also you have ranked Ranchi as 9th while Shimla as 11th preference. Then they might give you an option to upgrade to NLU Ranchi if there are any vacant seats in that NLU. But you would not get to go to NLU Shimla since it is ranked lower in the preference list. This is just a case scenario, but I hope you understand what I am trying to say. Congratulations on your score and definitely you stand a chance of getting into hplu with your score and with Sc quota . Apart from this your other options are Patiala, hnlu, Kochi, cuttack, rmnlu, but these options are available to you if you have all india sc reservation.
