Hello.
Yes definitely you can take admission in JNU for MA geography , but for this you need to full fill following eligibility criteria:

Candidate must have secured at least 45 % with aggregate subjects in their bachelor degree.
you need to give MA (Geography ) entrance exam which contains following units : geomorphology, climatology, oceanography, biogeography, human geography, population geography.
