To get admission in iisc banglore for the undergraduate courses eligibility is -

The candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects during their II PUC / 12th Standard. Candidates who have studied Biology, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science, etc., in addition to Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics are also eligible to apply. The candidates must have secured a first class or 60% or equivalent grade (relaxed to pass class for SC/ST candidates) in the II PUC / 12th Standard examination.

So with biology, physics and chemistry if you have mathematics you can get admission in iisc banglore. Otherwise you are not eligible.

The admission are taken through the entrance exams jee mains, kvpy, jee advance and neet. Student have to apply on the official website for admission.

The eligibility criteria for admission to UG courses in IISC is to have completed class 12 with  Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects.As you haven't studied Mathematics in class 12 you are not eligible according to this criteria.Check out the link below to know more about the eligibility criteria :
