JEE Main 2019 cutoffs to be eligible to give JEE Advanced are as follows:

1)General category    89.7548849
2)General ews-Crl   78.2174860
3)Obc-ncl   74.3166557
4)Sc.   54. 0128155
5)St   44.3345172
6)Pwd   0.11371730

You've a percentile of  86.59 which isn't above the cutoff range. So you cannot appear for JEE advanced.
