Am preparing for IIT exam 2020. Am US citizen but studying in INDIA. I don't have OCI card. Is OCI cars is mandatory to fill application?

by considering your doubt I am informing you that if you are belonging from OCI category, and preparing for IIT then you need to have citizenship certificate of your country and you need to have o c i card,
Still o c i card is not mandatory but for that you need to have your citizenship certificate and should have a proof so that you could say that you are belonging from OCI category,
For OCI category student fee structure is different for IIT exam and seat reservation is different than Indian citizen.
