Csir will release two separate merit list

One for those who have applied to JRF. Those who qualify JRF will be eligible for LS also.

Second of those candidate who had applied to LS only.

So if you have applied for JRF and got the qualifing cut off then you will be eligible to LS . If you don't get the qualifying cutoff in your category you will not be eligible to even LS .
