There is no syllabus per se. You have to prepare on Physics at Graduation level. You have to cover topics like Mathematical methods, Mechanics and General Properties of Matter, Oscillations, Waves and Optics, Electromagentism, Thermal and Statistical Physics, Modern Physics, Solid State Physics, Devices and Electronics. You need to also study Logic Gates Truth Tables, Combination of Gates.

This is infact detailed syllabus from JNUEE E-prospectus. Though HCU is a Central University and JNU is not, the topics covered under B.Sc Physics will be the same. May be this can help you. You can check the topic wise breakdown at https://jnu.ac.in/admission/e-prospectus-2020-21.pdf at page no# 164.
