I applied for tnea other state counseling.I went for counseling on 12th june and they told me and other state students were not elligible.

Yet there are many doubts because whether did you submit your other state certificate such as nativity certificate and etc.,If you submitted it then you can contact the DOTE directly.If not then you must submit with nativity certificate.
