Hello aspirants
Since you have got your first choice there is no further chance of upgradation nor you can get the choices below your 1st choice.
As per my experience you will have to wait till round 3 ,then there is further round 4 to fill the vacant seat in college after all the 3 rounds of seat allotment. In round 4 you are again required to fill the choices in the stepwise manner ,and if your rank is good then you can surely get the college you want.
But be careful during choice filling do not repeat the same mistake.

First for congratulations as you have got your desired college. Seems like you have performed really well and now you got  your  desired college and department.

Since you have got you desired to college the college you have ranked first in your choice filling thus I don't think that in the further rounds any changes in the college allotment will take place.

As much as I know the choice filling is done in the first round and with the same choice filling the counselling is taking place in other two rounds as well.
