The NTA has taken your january score in to account only because your january score is higher than your september score.If you haven't mentioned about your ews reservation in your january application then i don't think that you will be eligible for that reservation and now i think that we won't be able to change that.The one thing you can try is that when you go for self reporting, carry your ews certificate along with you and tell the officials there about the problem.Then they might help you in some way.
