Hello Dharmendra, According to me you must have scored 100+ marks to get a seat in NIT's. They atleast require a rank between 10K- 15k for NIT's. But to be sure i suggest you to use the jee main college predictor tool from our site to be more sure and accurate about the possibilities. All the very best.

Sorry dear for general candidates the total aggregate marks scored in 12th must be 75%. For sc ,st, obc and pwd candidates the criteria is 65% for iits and nits.
