I have scored 64% in class 12 and i have also scored 78 percentile in jee mains, so i am eligible for NIT, IIT and i also belong to sc caste

Sorry, you are not eligible for any colleges that accepts JEE MAINS result as you have scored only 64% in 12th. To be eligible for colleges that accepts JEE MAINS you must have atleast 65% or above for SC /ST caste.
I would suggest you to look for other colleges or entrance exams.
