OBC candidates are entitled to fee concession and 19% seats are reserved for OBC candidates. If you want to claim the reservation you need to submit category certificate, category validity certificate and NCL certificate. If you do not have these certificates then you are considered as general category candidate. So if you do not wish to get fee concession and claim reservation then you can apply as general category candidate.
