Hello Riya,
TATA Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai will conduct TISSNET MBA 2019 on January 19, 2019. The application form of TISSNET MBA 2019 will be made available from October 22, 2018, and continue until December 10, 2018.
You can fill the form in both online and offline mode.
You will need to keep ready the mandatory documents before filling the TISS NET MBA  form.
For candidates belonging to OBC- NC (Annual family income more than Rs.1 lakh) will be required to ubmit OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate issued after April 1, 2015, by the District Magistrate (DM)/Deputy Commissioner (DC)/Tahsildar.

What is the format of obc non creamy layer?

See, OBC candidates from the creamy layer will be treated as General candidates only. If you belong to OBC NCL  then you will have to submit your OBC (NC) certificate in the format prescribed by the Institute.  You can check the format using the link below- https://admissions.tiss.edu/view/6/admissions/reservations/format-for-obc-nc-certificate/
