Now coming to your query, Dear Score is good but this is a little less to get into Anna University because Nowadays the competition is too high so it's become quite common to get 195+ out of 200. Even many students are scoring 200/200, especially in State Board. So it's a little difficult to get into Anna University with this score. But don't be disappointed as the competition varies every year.
