Bhai meine 12 Delhi se ki hai ..aur...PR meh rehta j&k mein hu..form mein b region j&k hi bhara tha..! Toh ab mujhe....kB Jana h documents verification k liye..? Mtlb ki... Outside Delhi wale k hisaab se Jana h ? Kyu ki mujhe outside Delhi wale k hisaab se hu seat Milli h
